Årsmødet 2018


Det 50. årsmøde vil finde sted den 1.-2. november 2018 på Hotel Vejlefjord


Årsmødet består af plenum-sessioner og paneldiskussioner. Der bliver 27 paneler fordelt på feltets hovedområder: 


  • Politisk adfærd og kommunikation
  • EU og euroæisering
  • International politik
  • Aktører, institutioner og offentlig politik
  • Offentlig forvaltning
  • Politisk teori 
  • Komparativ politik
  • Særpanel i forbindelse med udarbejdelsen af Oxford Handbook of Danish Politics

Årets key note tale gives af Associate Professor Ryan Enos fra Harvard Universitet og gæsteprofessor på Institut for Statskundskab, KU. Enos vil tale med baggrund i sin nye bog, The Space between Us: Social Geography and Politics.

DJØF-Forlags-prisen uddeles igen på årsmødet. Prisen gives til det bedste paper præsenteret på årsmødet i 2017 af en ung forsker (dvs. en person, der ikke har en ph.d., der er mere end fire år gammel). Bestyrelsen for selskabet træffer beslutning om tildelingen af prisen efter indstilling fra sektionsledere. Fristen for indsendelse af indstillinger er passeret.

 

Erik Rasmussen-prisen vil ligeledes blive uddelt på årsmødet. Fristen for nominering af en person til denne pris er d. 21 september 2018.

The 50th Annual Meeting will take place 1-2 November at Hotel Vejlefjord.

 

The Annual Meeting consists of plenary sessions and panel discussions. There is 27 panels covering most ares of political science, such as:

  • Actors, Institutions and Public Policy
  • Public Administration
  • Political Theory
  • Comparative Politics
  • Extraordinary panel in connection with the Oxford Handbook of Danish Politics

This year's key note speaker is Ryan Enos, Associate Professor at Harvard University and Honorary Professor at Copenhagen University. Enos' speech will centre on his new book,The Space between Us: Social Geography and Politics.


As part of the academic programme, the Association will award the DJØF Publishing Prize and the Erik Rasmussen Prize. The DJØF Prize is given to the best paper presented at the 2017 annual meeting by a young researcher (that is, a person who doesn’t have a PhD that is more than four years old) . The board of the association decides on the award following nominations from section chairs. The deadline for nominations has passed.

 

The Erik Rasmussen Prize is awarded to a political scientist who has made a mark on Danish political studies. The Board receives nominations for this Prize until 21 September 2018.
